VICTORIA ELISE MCMILLIAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

In Honor of Victoria and to Continue her Legacy of Bringing Joy to Others

Victoria's parents, Col Michael, and Andrea McMillan, created an annual scholarship to honor their daughter and her memory, who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on August 23, 2012. The McMillans, in partnership with the 99th Flying Training Squadron, award a scholarship in Victoria's name to a worthy high school student.

The recipient is selected based on demonstrated character to include community service, school performance, extracurricular activities and demonstrated financial need. The recipient is awarded at the annual banquet of the SACTAI (San Antonio Counsel of Tuskegee Airmen Incorporated) and the scholarship is presented by the 99th Flying Training Squadron and the McMillans.

Event profits will go to ensuring the McMillan Scholarship is funded during the the squadron's MDS transition from the T-1 to the T-7. Contact us to make an additional donation.
